  1. I don’t remember my password, how do I login?
    A: On the login page you can click the “lost your password” link or click “send me a snappy login.” If neither option work, email support@territrespicio.com
  2. I have issues every time I login, what should I do?
    A: try opening the login page with a different browser, a different device, or incognito mode. Clearing your cookies may also help.
  3. I can’t login, what’s happening?
    A: Please check the email address for your login is the same one you used to purchase the course. If still having issues, email support@territrespicio.com
  4. How do I update my information?
    A: after you login, go to MY PROFILE and you can change your name, email and password
  5. How do I change the credit card on file?
    A: after you login, go to MY ORDERS and under My Subscriptions you can change your credit card
  6. How do I change my billing address?
    A: after you login, go to MY ORDERS and under My Subscriptions you can change your billing address
  7. How do I know what I’m subscribed to?
    A: after you login, go to MY ORDERS and look at My Subscriptions.
  8. How do I find the course I signed up for?
    A: after you login, the dashboard will list all active programs. Click on the course button you are looking for.
  9. How do I cancel my subscription?
    A: after you login, go to MY ORDERS, under My Subscriptions you can cancel your subscription.
  10. How can I get a refund for the program I signed up for?
    A: some courses are non-refundable, but reach out to support@territrespicio.com with your situation.
  11. How can I tell when or how much I will be charged?
    A: after you login, go to MY ORDERS, under My Subscriptions you can see the date and amount of your subscription
  12. I think I was charged incorrectly, what do I do?
    A: email support@territrespicio.com
  13. Can I pause my subscription and return later?
    A: it depends on the program, but reach out to support@territrespicio.com with any questions
  14. How do I restart my subscription?
    A: if your subscription was paused, email support@territrespicio.com to restart. If your subscription was canceled, sign up for the program again from the sales page.
  15. Why am I not receiving any emails from Terri or the program?
    A: confirm that the emails did not go to your spam, then reach out to support@territrespicio.com
