“This has been a truly transformative experience.”

- Tara Carrington

It's rain or shine. Bug free.

And you won't have sit around in a wet bathing suit for extended periods.

What you will do...

Explore.

Experiment with new ideas and approaches to your work (whether that’s your career, your business, or stuff you do just because you like it). We’ll do some seriously fun things—without taking ourselves too seriously.

Connect.

Hear from authors, makers, and creators of all types who make creative play a critical part of their work—and participate in workshops with open-minded, positive people who are rooting for you.

Create.

You’re going to generate ideas, stories, and strategies, using the page as a discovery tool. The Gateless Method will change the way you approach the page as a tool for self-discovery.

What you will discover...

Why goofing off and playing around can foster creative problem solving.
How to make space for magic in your life and your work.
How to tap your inner teenager (and your old summer crush) to catapult your creative energy.
Ways to redefine, and reimagine, what freedom looks like for you.
How to find the power in what you already know — and recognize why it's worth sharing
How to keep the critic from crushing your creative spirit.
Ways to sharpen your intuition by connecting with nature.

Plus!

How one stand-up comic-turned-creative-entrepreneur keeps his creative energy ticking
How a buttoned-up banker-turned-intuitive unlocked the secret to getting what you want (and the reasons why you haven't)
How a successful entrepreneur's stoic outlook frees her from fear of failure
How a bestselling-novelist-turned-writing-guru overcame her inner critic

All of the fun. None of the bugs.

It's kinda like if you could...

... Put your business brain in a bathing suit.

... Swim laps on your laptop.

... Make your LinkedIn profile and your inner artist bunk for a week in the same cabin.

... Weave your stories and ideas together into something better than those dumb plastic lanyards we used to make.

“Whip smart, generous and authentic.”

-Kelley Colihan Robertson,
Avolve Wellness

– Ian Bogost, Play Anything
